  Lawman Turned Legend

Bass Reeves's life story is a true American saga of an individual leaving a legacy of commitment and contribution. It is a real "Wild West" story that fiction writers could never have imagined. Bass Reeves's law enforcement career was a testimonial to the American creed of "truth, honesty, and justice."
